Harley-Davidson Street Bob - Desert Charcoal Wrinkle Black
We completed a full powder coating transformation on a Harley-Davidson Street Bob, refinishing all factory black metal components—including the fuel tank, front and rear fenders, and side covers—in a Desert Charcoal Wrinkle Black PWB-2767 finish from Prismatic Powders. Every part was fully disassembled, chemically stripped, media blasted, and properly prepped to ensure maximum adhesion and long-term durability. Our powder coating process delivers a uniform texture, deep satin-black tone, and exceptional resistance to chips, fuel exposure, heat, and road debris. The wrinkle finish adds a subtle performance-inspired texture while maintaining a clean, factory-level appearance. Precision masking, controlled curing temperatures, and careful reassembly ensure OEM-quality fitment with a custom edge. Honda CBR1000RR - Bentley Blue
For this Honda CBR1000RR project, we executed a full custom powder coating package using Bentley Blue PPB-4711 from Prismatic Powders—a deep, high-gloss metallic blue that delivers both premium OEM refinement and aggressive race-inspired presence. Both wheels were completely stripped, media blasted, and precision-masked at all bearing bores and mating surfaces to maintain exact tolerances before coating and controlled curing. We refinished the fork outer tubes, rearsets, footpegs, exhaust heat shield, bar ends, and shift lever in the same Bentley Blue for a cohesive, high-impact finish. Every component was properly prepped to ensure optimal adhesion, chemical resistance, and long-term durability against heat, brake dust, road debris, and UV exposure. The result is a uniform, glass-like metallic finish with exceptional depth and consistency—built to perform under real riding conditions while delivering a show-quality appearance.
