Front Fork Cartridges TRDS-R

TRDS-R, ‘R’ standing for ‘Regulation’ derives from the same technology used by top-level motorcycle racers, now within a package accessible to riders and teams dealing with the latest championship price caps, or the slightly more casual racers looking to vastly improve their lap times with limited sponsor support. The new K-Tech TRDS-R fork internal suspension systems are the lightest on the market due to a more compact design.

This new design greatly improves heat management; an issue most riders are unaware of, as during a race, heat can gradually affect characteristics of suspension without the rider noticing due to how incremental these changes are. The TRDS-R is better at evacuating this heat build-up compared to the competitor equivalent, providing consistent and reliable performance throughout an entire race.

K-Tech’s Through Rod technology can be tuned extremely accurately not only from its adjustability design, but via the fact riders have a much clearer picture of how the bike is behaving during a race allowing for more accurate information being relayed to the teams' technicians.

Front Fork Cartridges DDS

K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed and manufactured in the UK for high end racing applications. The DDS cartridge is a pressurised damping system using 20mm displacing pistons to create a high flow of oil through the 31mm control valves to give precise damping control. The patent design eliminates cavitation making the system very stable under extreme conditions, the damping circuits are designed to work independently to improve the dynamics and response time. The system is pressurised by a spring force keeping it stable under all working temperatures.

Front Fork Cartridges 25IDS

K-Tech 25IDS (25mm Independent Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed to fit into original equipment front forks that do not allow for external compression adjustment. The 25IDS cartridges are designed and manufactured in house to the same standard as all our performance products using the highest grade aluminium which is hard anodised to improve performance and service internals. The 25IDS cartridges have independent compression and rebound damping adjustment and spring preload.

K-Tech 20IDS (20mm Independent Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed to fit into original equipment front forks that do not allow for external compression adjustment. The 20IDS cartridges are designed and manufactured in house to the same standard as all our performance products using the highest grade materials and processes. The 20IDS cartridges have independent compression and rebound damping adjustment and spring preload.
